Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 3P Canada Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including, but not limited to, reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Web Sites or your breach of these Terms of Use. 3P Canada Inc. shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and may, at 3P Canada Inc.' discretion, assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit, or proceeding.
Choice of Law
You agree that any issue or dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of our Web Sites, intellectual property, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or any matter concerning 3P Canada Inc. shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. You agree that any such issue or dispute shall be brought exclusively in the federal or provincial courts located in Mississauga, Ontario. If any provision of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect. By using the Web Sites, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export and re-export control laws and regulations of Canada. Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your 3P Canada Inc. purchase, simply return the merchandise to any 3P Canada Inc. store in Canada. Most new, unused merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase within 15 days of the original purchase date.
Returns with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded via in-store credit based on the original method of payment.
Store Returns 3P Canada Inc. requires a valid picture ID (pronvicial driver's license, provincial ID card or military ID) for returns without a valid receipt. 3P Canada Inc. uses and checks verification systems. ID information or a phone number may be entered into these systems where authorized by law. All returns are subject to system approvals. 3P Canada Inc. reserves the right to refuse and limit the number of returns permitted without a valid receipt.
Shipping Charges Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.
Didn't Receive a Prepaid Return Slip With Your Order? Please visit your local 3P Canada Inc. store to make the return.
Shipped/delivered items that are being returned to a store are subject to the same terms as listed in the return policy above.
Shipping/delivery charges incurred as part of your online purchase are nonrefundable when returning or exchanging items.
Shipping/Delivery Errors, Missing Items, Damage Due to Shipping/Delivery?
If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, contact 3P Canada Inc. customer care at [email protected] within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.
Product Warranties
